Superconductivity in an exactly solvable Hubbard model with bond-charge interaction.
نویسنده
چکیده
The Hubbard model with an additional bond-charge interaction X is solved exactly in one dimension for the case t = X where t is the hopping amplitude. In this case the number of doubly occupied sites is conserved. In the sector with no double occupations the model reduces to the U = ∞ Hubbard model. In arbitrary dimensions the qualitative form of the phase diagram is obtained. It is shown that for moderate Hubbard interactions U the model has superconducting ground states. 75.10.Lp, 71.20.Ad, 74.20-Mn Typeset using REVTEX ∗Address after Jan. 1, 1995: Institut für Theoretische Physik, Universität zu Köln, Zülpicher Strasse 77, D-50937 Köln, Germany (email: [email protected]) 1

New Supersymmetric and Exactly Solvable Model of Correlated Electrons.
A new lattice model is presented for correlated electrons on the unrestricted 4-dimensional electronic Hilbert space ⊗n=1C (where L is the lattice length). It is a supersymmetric generalization of the Hubbard model, but differs from the extended Hubbard model proposed by Essler, Korepin and Schoutens. The supersymmetry algebra of the new model is superalgebra gl(2|1). The model contains one sym...
متن کاملNew exactly solvable model of strongly correlated electrons motivated by high-Tc superconductivity.
We present a new model describing strongly correlated electrons on a general d-dimensional lattice. It differs from the Hubbard model by interactions of nearest neighbours, and it contains the t-J model as a special case. The model naturally describes local electron pairs, which can move coherently at arbitrary momentum. By using an η-pairing mechanism we can construct eigenstates of the hamilt...
متن کاملPhase Diagram and Superconducting Properties of an Exactly Solvable Model with Correlated Hopping
The model of strongly correlated electrons with the correlated hopping term and an additional interaction between holes V is solved exactly in one dimension at a special point where the number of hole pairs is conserved. As a function of the interaction V the phase diagram has a rich structure. There exist gapless phases with dominating density-density correlations (metallic) or pairpair correl...
متن کاملAbsence of superconductivity and valence bond order in the Hubbard-Heisenberg model for organic charge-transfer solids.
A frustrated, effective ½-filled band Hubbard-Heisenberg model has been proposed for describing the strongly dimerized charge-transfer solid families κ-(ET)2X and Z[Pd(dmit)2]2. In addition to showing unconventional superconductivity, these materials also exhibit antiferromagnetism, candidate spin-liquid phases, and, in the case of Z=EtMe3P, a spin-gapped phase that has sometimes been referred ...
متن کاملExtended Hubbard model of superconductivity driven by charge fluctuations in iron pnictides
We present a scenario for iron-pnictide superconductivity mediated by charge fluctuations that are strongly enhanced by Fe-As intersite electronic interactions. Deriving an eight-band extended Hubbard model including Fe 3d and As 4p orbitals for the LaOFeAs family, we show that charge fluctuations induced byp-d charge transfer and As orbital polarization interactions in the Fe-pnictogen structu...
